Freeport Church Family Adventist Youth Department Summer Events The A.Y. Department has planned evnets for the summer. We hope to see everyone present at our different A.Y. function and church events. Click to see events. Posted on Jun 02  International women's day of prayer Under the women's ministry department, the Freeport church family participated in the international women's day of prayer. Ladies came out early to pray with and for each other. Some ladies even dressed in authenctic garb from their country. It was truly a blessing! Posted on May 20  Family Life Boat Cruise On February 15th, 2009 the Family Life Department hosted a cruise to nowhere for couples. It was a night of food, fun and lots more. Hats off to the Family Life Department for a program well done! Posted on May 20  The Evangeline Jervis Community Service Distribution Center On January 11th, 2009 the Evangeline Jervis Community Service Distribution Center had its official opening. Member of parliments for each constituency were represented. President of the West Indies Union, Patrick Allen was in attendance and it was a grand event. Through this center we will be able to help the community through the distribution of food , clothes and other items. May God continue to bless this center. Posted on May 20  Officers Prayer breakfast The Freeport Church family started the year off with a prayer breakfast. Departments met and strategic plans were put in place for the upcoming years. Posted on May 20  Freeport Church Family at Convention The Freeport Church Family showed up in big numbers at the convention AY. We reported all the work that was done and said how God is and will continue to bless the Freeport Church Family. Pray for us as we continue to work for the Lord. Posted on May 20

Pastor Michael A. Smith is the last of four children born to Mr. & Mrs. Clarence W. Smith. He has the ministerial philosophy of helping people, by the grace of God, to develop meaningful and empowering relationships with themselves, others and more so with Jesus Christ. For over two decades he has been in ministry, and with the indispensable aid of the Holy Spirit, been instrumental in leading and baptizing over a thousand precious souls to a saving relationship of the Lord Jesus Christ. He was officially ordained as a minister of the gospel in January 1985.
